Dear colleagues

Hydrothermal synthesis of semiconductors is reported to be a successful method in lab scale , I would like to know if the hydrothermal synthesis results obtained with a 100ml autoclave batch reactor can be obtained with the same quality in the same way using large scale reactors. How cost-effective is the scaling up of these hydrothermal methods?
