Consider having a dielectric material connected to an impedance measurement system. At first, we measure impedance (resistivity and capacitance) of the dielectric by applying a positive polarity input signal and then, by applying a negative polarity input signal. Is there any possibility that the impedance of the first measurement differs from the second one?
Is there any paper or book investigating the polarity dependency of dielectric properties?

Dear Easa Aliabbasi for SiO2 it should be same. If you are observing at same frequency because polarization is frequency dependent.
