I am interested in determining whether the signalling through DNAM-1, NKG2D, NKp30, NKp44 and NKp46 is intact in patients I am studying. I am struggling to find commercially available agonist abs for these targets.
I would recommend a free antibody database available at labome.com. For antibodies to DNAM-1 you can follow this link: https://www.labome.com/gene/human/CD226-antibody.html. There are antibodies from BioLegend, Abcam, Invitrogen, Santa Cruz and many other sources. For antibodies to other markers, you may check these links: https://www.labome.com/review/gene/human/NKG2D-antibody.html (for NKG2D); https://www.labome.com/review/gene/human/NCR3-antibody.html (for NKp30); https://www.labome.com/gene/human/NCR2-antibody.html (for NKp44) and https://www.labome.com/review/gene/human/NCR1-antibody.html (for NKp46). You can see the description of these antibodies and references following the links to the suppliers.
