Apps for offline data collection with iPad?

Hi everybody,

Our research team is going to conduct a longitudinal study in German secondary schools and we will collect the data with our own iPads.

We are looking for a survey app which allows us to...

1) collect the data offline

2) present audio stimuli (short music clips)

3) randomise the stimuli and some questions

4) save the data in our own server...

I have found some information in the internet and contacted some service provider (such as iSurvey, QuickTap Survey... etc.). But anyway, I think it would be nice to see if anybody in the research community has experience or recommendations. Thank you!
