I'm using the dsDNA 1000 kit as a research tool for some clinic investigations.

While the first days all is working correctly as expected, after few days this approach definitely not works more: indeed, the electropherograms show broad peaks or no peaks at all. I suspect that this may be due to column storage during week end after use but I use all the recommended directions of the kit.

Any of you had the same troubles I described? Can someone please suggest me some directions to avoid loss of resolution or malfunction of this kit?
