Anyone familiar with old TWBNC jack, how to convert single ended SMA signal to TWBNC signal type?

How to convert SMA single ended signal to TWBNC type. As far as I understand,SMA has sigle core while TWBNC is having Two core wire with differential signal type.How can I connect SMA to TWBNC , what adapter should I connect.
