Anyone can suggest that where dose Zinc acetate salt show absorption peak in UV spectroscopy?

we try to compare bulk zinc salt with its nano scale particles through UV spectroscopy monitoring but according to our results bulk zinc acetate salt does not show any peak in UV spectrum. so we have doubt about this strange result.

any related experience have done before?

Any suggestion in this regard? indeed, we analyzed Zinc salt through UV spect. But we did not observe any peak thorough it. why? even we do not see peak for Acetate!
