Mohamed Abu El-Regal regarding the location of collection, it could be a Pentaceraster cumingi, although it is hard to tell these knobby seastars apart.
Some have been seen in Egypt, and have been recorded on Gbif (see link below).
As Gray describes it in 1840, called Pentaceros cummingi back in the days :
The arms rather narrow, nearly as long as the diameter of the body : marginal spines, few, small ; back rather depressed, with conical protuberces, bearing small spines. Diam. 12".
