As universities are rated good in terms of experienced faculty, a good administration, good policies, good infrastructure and good laboratory facilities, they are called to other colleges for visit, take ideas and are authorized to do inspections. The system of education in University are streamlined with a committee deputed to look after syllabi, curriculum and possibilities for improvement. Hence, I agree that system of education in universities are the best.
