It depends on which area are you looking at. If you are looking at services like email, CRM, the focus will be on SaaS (software as a service). If you are looking at expanding university storage for students, the focus will be on IaaS (infrastructure as a service, storage in particular). If you are looking at providing compute resources to your internal research group, IaaS will be the focus (compute resource in particular).
