For designing a powerline communication for Neighbourhood Area Network (NAN).

The PLCC (Power line carrier communication) had already been implemented and available In 400 KV, 230 KV and even 110 KV transmission lines in TAMIL NADU, for both communication and protection of lines in between the Sub Stations.
