Does anyone have recommendations for vacuum pump oil mist filters - for rotary vane vacuum pumps? Such as for freeze dryers or rough pumps on a GC-MS? I have mainly used the Edwards EMF10. I like it a lot, but it's not cheap nor or the replacement elements. Are there any less expensive but still reliable and effective alternatives that you would recommend?

You could concider:
- Solberg oil mist exhaust filters EF - series
- use compressed air filter (SMC, Festo, Classic filters)- in many applications it works
