There are plenty of papers evaluating various intergroup attitudes of one group toward another (social distance, anxiety, avoid/approach tendencies,..) but are there any working with tendencie toward mutual work cooperation?

Just need clarification if you are asking about publications on working with Vendors which is what we in the US call workign with Outside Groups... If yes, here are some suggestions...
