I want to be able to create a macro on topspin that can find a peak in the spectrum and calculate its integration evenly according to specific Hz. For example, I have a spectrum with peaks at 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 ppm. I want the integration for peak at 10 and 50 ppm. For 10 ppm (1257 Hz) peak the integration should be between 1267-12547 Hz (delta 20 Hz).For 50 ppm (6288 Hz) peak the integration should be between 6298-6280 Hz (delta 16 Hz).
You could use the integration regions functionality:
1. Integrate a spectrum the way you want it
2. Save the file by typing wmisc intrng
(this is Write MISCellaneous file, type INTegral RaNGes
Then, you can make a macro with a command rmisc intrng
(rmisc is Read MISCellaneous file)
If you want to get scaled integrals, you will probably have to write an AU or Python script. With the script, you could even export the results to a file, eg. CSV.
