I've been looking for a decent and up-to-date book about CUDA programming, yet it has turned out to be more difficult than I expected. So far I've used CUDA by example (from Sanders & Kandrot) and I like it; but it is outdated.

I have another book (Programming Massively Parallel Processors: A Hands-on Approach, by Kirk) but in my opinion is not that good and it lacks a bunch of necessary information.

I use those books to teach GPU parallelism, so if your suggestion is towards a teaching book, it would be great.
