i read a lot of paper on security as a service but i am not find any good one frame work which used by the cloud user.so any one have recent frame work on Security as a Service on infrastructure so please help me to provide and also provide some information how we can more improve

Today XaaS is the in thing. From software to platform to application to storage to infrastructure to disaster recovery, many solutions / offerings are moving to the cloud as pay-and-use offerings.
In the context of security, the game takes a slight twist. Constructs like multi-tenancy, 3rd party vendor lock in and the likes are compromises on security. Yet they are consciously embraced by cloud adopters with some strategic gain in mind.
To understand the nuances of security, confidentiality, privacy and the likes from the risk mitigation perspective, I would recommend you to look at two papers.
One is a generic risk framework by Robert Kaplan.
The second is specifically on cloud risks in which security is also treated. It is a recent paper of mine.
