I am looking to see past experiences of using PP for textile fiber application, in particular the material properties e.g. melt flow index, extrusion condition etc

PP has significant uses in fiber for twine and rope applications and for carpeting. It can be pigmented but it is not dyeable which limits its use somehow. It is easily affected by UV.
