Anti Racist Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Question: Which peoples are the most privileged(if all other factors are the same and the name matches the indigenous region)? Why? How? Grounds for question are reciprocity and harm avoidance. In the order(most privileged to least privileged) Western Europeans(Nordics, Germanics, and the Celts). Followed by the less whites who are the Eastern Europeans and then the Southern Europeans. And later the technical whites who are the Middle Easterners, Western Asians, Central Asians and then finally North Africans. Every other group is less privileged if all other factors are the same.
