ANOSIM interpretation performed with R: how to?

Hi,

I performed an ANOSIM analysis with R, using function "anosim" included in package "vegan".

I have read previous discussions regarding ANOSIM and its interpretations, what I can not figure out is how to interpret the "Dissimilarity ranks between and within classes" part, in the output of the function (see picture). How should I interpret that data?
