In EN 10106:2007 standard (Cold rolled non-oriented electrical steel strip and sheet delivered in the fully processed state), for both steel grades, M270-50A and M250-50A, the standard limits the maximum anisotropy of loss (at 50 Hz and 1.5 T) as ±17%.

In such a case, what sort of precautions should be taken in steelmaking and/or hot/cold rolling or annealing processes in order to provide the anisotropy value lower than ±17%?

Thanks in advance for your answers.
