Is anybody skilled at aldose reductase enzyme bioassay? I want to know how can I extract it from bovine lenses? Actually I read many articles about it, but it seems a little bit complicated. I want to know is it possible for someone who is familiar with this enzyme to send my synthetic compounds to carry out enzyme’s assay for me. It can be cooperation between universities or institutes. I’m really appreciated if anyone could help me.
