How to perform a storage stability test for perovskite solar cells under different relative humidity level (range 40-70%)? is there any chamber or equipment for this assessment?
You can use environmental test chamber where you can adjust environment temperature and humidity. There are bench top types. For details please refer to the link:http://www.libtest.com/product/benchtop-test-chambers/?gclid=Cj0KCQjwjdLOBRCkARIsAFj5-GBRSeFV9d9gdlzAMfkXpw0G6kob0I8ZJdus9ReIPSF2iQ7Anhgf0VwaAmGpEALw_wcB
Naturally, you can yourself make your own test chamber.
You can rather easily make this yourself. In the most simple way you can use a plastic zip bag or a plastic box with a door. To control the humidity in a closed system we use salt solutions to control the humidity. In example a saturated NaBr solution will result in a humidity level of around 58%.

Different salt solutions results in different humidities. Keep in mind that it might take some time to reach the equilibrium, and that opening the campber affects the humidity.
I read your nice article published in ACS Energy Lett. It is nice work. Congratulation.
I have question regarding your suggestion,
1. What is solvent to prepare a series of salt solutions, is water good as solvent here?
2. How long we can perform the stability test using this techniqu? I read in your article that you can perform for 10 days storage stability. I think we can do longer time by preparing enough salt solution into our chamber, right? How much the fluctuation RH by using this technique if we just open the chamber one time in 1 day/2 days?
Hopefuly I can get more information and knowledge by discussing with you, sir.
In case of multiple cation mixed halide perovskite using Rb/Cs atom, the new phase formation occurs in films formation step. Does it happen in the prepared solution state too if we prepare the precursor solution at outside of N2-glovebox?
2) as long as your chamber is properly closed this technique will work for a very log time (we used it several months in our lab). The fluctuation in the humidty will strongly depend on the size of the opening and how long you leave it open and on the humidity inside and out of the chamber. If you add a humidity meter you can easily check this yourself.
3) we prepare all our devices in a N2-glovebox. But i guess the results will be comparable. Especially the Rb containing devices degrade very fast.
