Thank you so much for your interaction with my object, the active cell of human effected with any soft radiation as eyes as expemple . Some type of tumor as in female breast cancer take dose of microwave because of frequency of microwave radiation suffer interaction with tumor. Another example the prostate cancer also it was therapy with microwave depending on thermal effect of it.

SAR level is different from different phone for different network operators. Actual magnitude to cause cell damage of human by the SAR is still not standard by technical International Organisations.

So cancer cells can not be pinpointed by mobile phone with effective way to kill them.
