Hi,
I have leaves sample with different alcoholic composition. I need to inject the samples in HPLC system. Therefore, i use acetone to completely dissolve it, so as my standard. However, for my sample, I found that in ratio 1:1 alcoholic composition, it deposited brick red powder, whilst for the ratio 4:1 leaving behind a white paste like extract. I am assuming the latter was the latex of the leaves. But not very sure for the first one. Have anyone know/encounter the same as mine? Or any idea about both situation?
