AI usage can be a great supplement for students specially in terms of Computer Science Engineering Studies and Business studies - as it helps them go through tenuous workloads and get their job done within a limited timeframe. Specially in terms of coding dissertations or Data analysis, AI tools are particularly helpful.

However, in terms of Fields such as Literature, Arts - AI can create issues regarding academic integrity. On top of that, As Plagiarism detectors and their algorithms are slightly limited- it can profile a writing that might be fully authentic as plagiarized based on it's patterns. As most University and college level students are bit frugal and tend to submit writing that is of somewhat generic and keeps repeating the same pattern of talking points - profiling it as plagiarism is unfair as it is still authentic writing- even though the writing is generic and said nothing completely out of the box.

Therefore, some moderations in the algorithm is necessary to ensure it's usage on very certain and specific fields and also, moderations in plagiarism checkers are also necessary to ensure academic justice in judgement.
