The relation between load and displacement can be obtained from load-displacement curves in ABAQUS. For this purpose, first create a set on the region you want to get your load-displacement results. Then in history output, the desire loads and displacements for this set should be defined. In post processing, use XY data, and Operate on XY data to plot load-displacement curve.

I hope I understand the question the way it was intended.

Actions described below:

- create a reference point (RP),

- apply coupling constraint to the board (with appropriate constraint in DOF),

- apply displacement in the direction of interest (1mm),

- create a set for the RP,

- specify history output for the RP set for both U and RF,

- run the model,

- extract reaction forces (RF) and displacement (U) from the xyData in visualisation.
