As Sandesh said, i recomend you to look for you coordinates of interest using a Mouse Brain Atlas. However, i want to warn you that you should verify the coordinates first by inyecting fluorescein or some dye before inyecting any AAV. By this way, you can verify that the coordinates are correct even the same day you inyect the dye and correct it if you need. This is because the coordinates can change in function of the strain, the age, the way you define bregma, etc.

I usually inyect 1 uL of AAVs (at a rate of 200 nL/min) per hemisphere, but many people recommend to inyect less than that.

we are regularly using -3.38 AP, 2.5 ML, 1.8 DV at a 10 deg angle, but, as the others have pointed out, this may not be ideal for your setup/mice, so testing will be elemental.
