A surfactant to stabilize hydrophillic nanopartices in Acenton, DMF, or Ethylacetate?

Could some one recommed appropriate surfactant to stablize my hydrophillic nanoparticles in solvents like acetone, DMF, or ethylacetate? In other words, a surfactant aimed to be soluble in acetone, DMF, or ethylacetate.

Oommen P Oommen

Span 60, Span 80, Tween 20 etc. They all are soluble in organic solvents I guess!! Good Luck.
