ResearchGate is an ideal platform for researchers and scientists. When a researcher fails to find an advisor around him, the global family of researchers and scientists helps him out through ResearchGate. A number of interesting discussions are available on different topic. If it is possible to organize a section / page on researchgate.net where complete discussions on different topics could be made available. In other words, to develop a directory of the previous and current discussions. This could be helpful for many of us to find comments, recommendations, suggestions and advices about required topics at one place.
Interesting comment, Waseem. Would you suggest that RG editors only save the responses that have been voted up, or all responses? I myself have copied some of the more interesting responses and saved them locally on topics of interest. I would much prefer to be able to access these questions and responses from RG directly, however.
Thanks Dr. Molly Brown, I would suggest the editors to save all the discussion including downvotes as well. This would help the future researchers and reviewers about positive and negatives aspects of the discussed issues and provide a guideline for young researchers and students with comparatively narrower visions.
I support the suggestions. It would be necessary then to indicate each question with some 3 leading key-words, which would be used by the editor to establish an additional file-system. I assume that you should write your suggestion / proposal to the editors under their respective specific email-address; see main page.
