You are completely wrong. The greenhouse effect concerns the temperature in the atmosphere directly at the ground, at 2 m height.

What greenhouse gases do is absorbing/trapping the heat that is emitted by the surface of the Earth. This increases the temperature close to the surface of the Earth.

The heat of the Earth is re-emitted but at a higher level of the atmosphere.

The runaway greenhouse effect was discussed under other questions in the topic Climate Change but I cannot find it back.

I have answered a question on the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere when all fossil fuel would be burnt in the near future and I think that will soemthing around 1500 ppm, or 0.15 %. That is in no way comparable to the dense CO2 atmosphere of Venus. Look at the pressure chart he gives.

I do not understand his analogy with Earth.

What we are concerned about is a 2 C degrree increase in the near future, due to CO2. That would give rise to a situation where climate would remain warm for a long period of time and associated effects like sea-level rise

It is a very lengthy and rather unstructured "brochure", in the sense that it does not contain scientific references.

Here is a central statement

The error is that all this also applies to the NATURAL greenhouse gases. Without these gases the surface temperature would be 255 K.
