this is a new plant found by my friends in China, and I have compared with the flora of China, It seems not perfect match here.
the previous pictures I post got lots of quick and good comments. So I am very grateful and hope this species could also be identified.

Well, it looks quite similar to plants belonging to genus Micranthemum, but I'm not sure.
It looks like a species of the genus Callitriche, especially the third photo. But it is very difficult to determine the species without flowers and fruits. The Callitriche species are traded worldwide for aquaristics.

if we assume that the species fit the distribution in the list, and this species is found in the eastern subtropic lake of China. Though many Callitriche species exist in China, the submerged species normally distribute in Tibet or Yunnan (Southwest of China) high land. I think Callitriche of submerged type are more or less temperate ones. So maybe someone bring it from Tibet and plant in the ponds.
Micranthemum could be a possibility since it could escape from the aquaria.
I will go to the ponds maybe at the end of this year and collect some material for later observation.

please provide close-ups ; it looks indeed like a Callitriche ; search for flowers in axillary position, they look like tiny axillary buds

I'd agree with earlier postings, it is most likely a Callitriche. As Osamiabe states, you'll need flowering/fruiting to be sure of the species.
