Crop region is North India where the temperature this time is approaching typically 40-44 degree C. Farmer has applied irrigation and fertilizers timely. However, he is facing flower drop problem in crop. He has also applied planofix hormone but problem not fixed. What could be the possible reason and suggested remedy.

Please consider getting a complete foliar analysis prior to the flowering in the vegetative stage. This needs to include the macro secondary and micro nutrients
This analysis should be helpful to give applications starting before the flowering.
The remediative foliar spray I would suggest would depend on the foliar analysis and I would suggest the use of humic acid and seaweed extracts.
Important that the programs starts before the flowering as it better if the problem can be prevented. As the previous colleague suggested boron deficiency and micronutrients can be related to flower dropping as well as the high temperature.
Critical watering may also be considered.
Humic acid and seaweed extract are effective giving plant regulator and nutrient support.
flower dropping in vegetables during summer is common problem , when temperature is above 40 degree C. Some nutrients from soil will get blocked due to high temp viz. Nitrogen, Calcium, Boron ,Zinc & Copper.due to low microbial population in soil. Take foliar sprays of above nutrients during low day temperatures. Also take spray of Antistress or stress guard@ 2-3 ml per litre.

Now it is summer in Asia. Abiotic stress (eg., High temperature, low relative humidity ) can be the reason behind it. Still, the physiochemical condition can be checked. Temperature and relative humidity [RH] the environmental temperature and RH especially microclimate near and around flowers must be in the range of 200C to 330C and 70 % to 85 % respectively.
Reduced or extended light exposure has adverse effects and may affect flower development, pollination, fertilization, and fruit set.

Crop spray 0.1% Gebrellic acid on small plot, see its observations if it's solves your problem then proceed further.

OR; as a stressful season this time, the watering time need high care. Watering is very advised not to apply during the hot time of the day; either late afternoon/night or early morning is advisable. Disturbance of more physiological processes can happen if the irrigation is during the hot time. May be these points can help you understand the possible problem.
