This plant looks like a species of Glochidion belongs to the Family Phyllanthaceae.

Ladan Rasingam is correct. It seems close to Glochidion zeylanicus.

Leaves almost look like Glochidion zeylanicum, but the capsules characters are not matching with that. This might be some other species.

Surely the plant is Glochidion species. But G. zeylanica is different. Try for G. heyneanum (G. velutinum)
