41 year old premenopausal lady, strong hormone positive multicentric Ca breast with Ki 67 40%, oligometastatic ( bone lesion) with indeterminate Lung nodules. Treatment options:

1) Sandwitch therapy -NACT followed by Surgery f/b rest of chemo & RT & Hormone therapy (HT)

2) Complete antegrade NACT f/b surgery f/b RT and HT

3) NAHT f/b surgery f/b RT and HT

4) Complete antegrade NACT f/b surgery f/b RT @ HT

How many would vote for Tamoxifen as HT and how many for Ovarion ablation followed by Letrozole /exemestane?

Prefered mode of ovarian ablation: Medical ablation/Radiation ablation/Surgical ablation ( Risk reduction B/L oophorectomy)?
