Green Jobs, AI based jobs would be emerging in the near future .Hence tenurity in any domian or sector will no more be an advantage . The relevance would be on latest skills and knowledge of the consumer orientation of the business . Lack of experience in the given sector can be compensated by learning emerging skills . In one of my coaching assignments a coachee transitioned in mid career after spendig two decades in a specific industry to an emerging sector with no prior experience by undergoing a course and displaying an open attitude to learning . The need to constantly upskill in business even at the top most level and staying updated by reading trends , research articles , industry reports would ensure business decisions are made with the focus on the future trends which will reduce risks and enhance life of the business .
