Does 2M NaCl damage the ability of silica membrane in Qiagen DNA extraction column?

Hi all, I want to ask if the DNA is in 2M NaCl solution. When I spin it through the silica membrane of the Qiagen DNA extraction column, does the membrane still have the ability to bind DNA?
