Is there any public code can calculate the correlation function of BAO, from Lyman Alpha forest data of BOSS, SDSS?

We need to verify our theory model, BAO is a good tool. But we don't know how to calculate the correlation function. Is there any public code that can get the acoustic peak (~150Mpc) of BOSS's data ?
