Hello everyone, can you provide arguments against using terahertz frequency band for breast tumor detection in radar imaging?

I use radar setups to detect breast tumors and prefer to work with a frequency band in the GHz range, rather than the terahertz frequency band. Can you explain why the GHz range is a better choice?
