What are the best parameters to remove nanoparticles from a surface using ultrasounds (power, frequency, time, solvent, etc)?

Sometimes it is useful to recycle nanoparticles that are deposited on a surface. Ultrasounds could be useful for that purpose (avoiding chemical products).
