How to dissolve or precipitate an aromatic amino acid (Poly-L-tryptophan) ?

I want to dissolve tryptophan in an organic solvent and encapsulate with PLGA nanoparticle by phase separation method or double emulsion method. Can anyone tell me if this will be possible?
