How do I select the reagents for the extraction of miRNA from serum or plasma?

I want to extract miRNAs from serum or plasma, there are lots of kits from different companies, eg Qiagen, Exiqon or ABI. Which one is the best ? Have anybody compared those reagents? Any suggestions?
