Can someone help me to implement a heterogeneous network consisting of a macro BS (with a hundred of antennas) and many small cells in MATLAB?

I need to simulate a HetNet in MATLAB where, a macro BS(equipped by 100 antennas) is surrounded by multiple small cell each one has a limited number of antennas (3 or 4 ). CAN SOMEONE HELP ME
