Is it possible to synthesise 20 nm sized CdS nanoparticle using reverse micelle technique?

Is that possible to synthesis CdS nanoparticle with 20 nm size using reverse micelle technique? Or what will be the maximum size of nanoparticles synthesized in reverse micelle?
