Is there any valid dietary assessment instrument (e.g. food frequency questionnaire) for dietary intake among children?

To assess habitual dietary intakes of total energy, individual nutrients, and food items/groups among children (aged ~2 years and 4 years, respectively) in a multi-ethnic US population.
