For a UD CFRP (CF/PA6), the modulus decrease a lot (about 30%) but the strength of 0ff-axis tensile (45dgree) keep no change. How to explain it?

For a UD CFRP (CF/PA6), the modulus decrease a lot (about 30%) however the residual strength of 0ff-axis tensile (45dgree) keep amost no change after T-T off-axis fatigue tests. How to explain it?
