Does anyone know of an expression for the sound speed for the baryons ACROSS the end of the reionization epoch and last scattering surface?

I can´t find anything other than the standard expression valid BEFORE recombination which does not depend on the ionization fraction, or expressions for AFTER the precipitous fall in the sound...
