I want to simulate some incommensurate electron diffraction patterns in TEM. Can anyone tell me how to do it or some software and script for this simulation?

In TEM, the electron dose rate of sample=dose rate (on the viewing screen )*magnification square, is that right?

I have read some literature about electron irradiation in TEM. The unit of electron dose in these literature is A/cm2, but in our electron microscope, the unit from the viewing screen is pA/cm2....
