Design thinking and 'wicked' problems - are they mutually agreed or mutually exclusive?

Once it was noticed that 'wicked' problems do not exist - mostly it is a fuzzy nickname for rhetorical problems (those have answers, but not a solution). Seemingly, 'wicked' again return in focus...
