I am getting higher seismic demand in terms of displacement for FRP confined RC column as compared to RC column?

I am using concrete01 and the stress-strain parameter is calculated using Lam and Teng model for FRP confined concrete. How to correct the model so that demand for FRP retrofitted will become less.
