What is the reason for higher THD percentage for the current signal when controlling dc to ac inverter?

I have made predictive current control for dc to ac two level 3 phase. When doing THD analysis i get 8.39% whereas 5% is acceptable. How can i get the desired THD levels

Reason for phase shift?

I have designed a controller using predictive control for NPC VSI 3 level . the out put result shows that there is shift in one phase of the three phases what could be the possible errors
